I was walking toward Georgetown on a rainy day when I saw this guy dissapear into a wooded area so I followed him. Turns out to be a path along Rock Creek. I Like the arches under the bridge too bad there was a big pee spot right next to me. After I set up and started dancing the guy shows up and watches. I really didn't want to say "hi" so I left.
